Bill Arnold most recently spent 13 years as a Managing Principal with Towers Perrin Management Consultants. Mr. Arnold's focus was in Strategy and Organizational Business in the banking, insurance and telecommunications industries. He also specialized in Risk Management Consulting globally for the transportation, banking, telecommunications and insurance industries, as well as for the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Arnold was a Senior Executive with AmSouth Bank, NA where he led the Information Systems Group (systems development and operations), and the Administrative Services Group (risk management, banking facilities, strategic planning, M&A execution, major project management, governmental relations, and lending operations). In addition to his twelve years with AmSouth, Mr. Arnold also spent four years with First Commerce Corporation as the Chief Information Officer where he directed systems and programming management. He holds degrees from Georgia Tech, LSU, and Rutgers University.
