Reed Macdonald | David Ingram
Reed A. Macdonald joined The White Oak Group, as a Principal, in 2002. Mr. Macdonald's specialties include the financial analysis of target companies, company valuations, and conducting due diligence. His responsibilities also include capital structures and the coordination of senior and subordinated debt facilities. Mr. Macdonald participates in financial forecasting, strategic planning, and project consulting alongside portfolio management teams.
Prior to White Oak, Mr. Macdonald was a partner with a manufacturing company where he was responsible for operations, business development, and general management.
Mr. Macdonald received his Masters in Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor's of Science degree from Brigham Young University.
David W. Ingram is a Principal with The White Oak Group, Inc. Mr. Ingram’s specialties include legal analysis and valuation of target companies and conducting due diligence. His responsibilities also include determining capital structures and coordinating debt facilities for portfolio companies. Mr. Ingram participates in financial forecasting, strategic planning and project consulting alongside portfolio management teams. In addition, he is part of White Oak’s shared services group which provides IT, HR, legal and accounting services to White Oak, its portfolio companies and other companies in the aerospace and defense industry.
Prior to joining White Oak, he was Co-founder and President of a multi-state marketing and finance company serving the independent home construction industry, served as General Counsel for a publicly traded software and electronic commerce company, and was in private practice in Hilton Head; where he advised clients on matters related to real estate, corporate and intellectual property law.
Mr. Ingram received a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of South Carolina. |
