Financial Controller
 Theresa R. Pullega joined the White Oak Group, Inc. as the financial contoller in 2006. Ms. Pullega’s responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, administrative, and cash management for portfolio companies, as well as the Fund. She manages investor relations and associated reporting.
Ms. Pullega has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She has held senior financial and administrative positions for both public and private corporations. Most recently, she founded an accounting services organization. Prior to that, she was a partner in an engineering and manufacturing services company where she was responsible for finance, accounting, and human resources. She has also led post merger integration services for a roll up in a publicly held corporation.
Ms. Pullega received a BS in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
