Financial Controller
Theresa R. Pullega is the financial controller for The White Oak Group, Inc., which she joined in 2006. Ms. Pullega’s responsibilities include the accounting, financial reporting, administrative controls, and cash management for portfolio companies as well as the Fund. She manages investor relations and associated reporting.
Ms. Pullega has more than twenty years of experience in accounting and finance. She has held senior financial and administrative positions for both public and private corporations. Most recently, she founded an accounting services organization. Prior to that, she was a partner in an engineering and manufacturing services company where she was responsible for finance, accounting, and human resources. She has also lead post merger integration services for a rollup in a publicly-held corporation.
Ms. Pullega received a BS in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
