Bruce Rauner is the Chairman of GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC, which he joined in 1981. Mr. Rauner received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics, summa cum laude, with highest distinction, in Economics from Dartmouth College and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Rauner is a director of various companies, including CAK Music, Cellnet, Coinmach, H-Cube/Zenta, Transaction Network Services, and TransFirst. GTCR may co-invest with the Fund on its transactions.
General Lance W. Lord, USAF (retired) is the immediate past commander of Air Force Space Command and retired April 1, 2006 after more than 37 years of active service. In his previous position general Lord was responsible for the development, acquisition, and operation of the Air Force's space and missile systems including the global network of communications and intelligence satellites, the missile warning system, and the ICBM launch facilities. He led nearly 40,000 space professionals who provide combat forces and capabilities to North American Defense Command and U.S. Strategic Command. General Lord consults for commercial and defense companies on strategic planning, goal setting and developing new leaders.
John Murphey served more 40 years at Bell Helicopter-Textron or related companies and the last 5 years as President and then as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. After retirement from Bell in 2004, John became CEO of AgustaWestland’s US operations with responsibility for the US101 Presidential Helicopter Program. After winning this program, he retired from AgustaWestland in July of 2005.
John has more than 40 years in engineering, manufacturing, program management, marketing, sales and service in the commercial and defense aviation business. He served in a broad range of positions within Bell Helicopter and other Textron divisions.

2001-2004---- Chairman and CEO of Bell Helicopter a $2.5 billion division of Textron, Inc. As CEO John was responsible for all Bell Helicopter’s world wide business operations.
1998-2001----President and COO responsible for all engineering, manufacturing and procurement operations of Bell Helicopter.
1998-1999---Executive Vice President Military Business responsible for all program and product management as well as sales, marketing and support services to all Bell military customers.
1997-1998---Senior Vice President for Information Technology responsible for Bell’s engineering, material management, financial and customer service information technology requirements and operations.
1994-1997---Executive Vice President of Operations at Textron Aerostructures a company that designs and builds wings and aircraft structure for military and commercial airplanes and the NASA space shuttle.
1992-1994---Senior Vice President Commercial Sales and Marketing at Bell Helicopter.
1990-1992---Vice President of Purchasing and Material Management.
1987-1990---Director of V-22 Contracts and Pricing.
In 1977-1979 John lived and worked in Isfahan, Iran as Manager of Bell’s operations in Iran.
OTHER:
John earned a BBA from Texas Wesleyan University and a MBA from Texas Christian University. He also attended executive development courses at Brown, Harvard, Duke and the Chicago Graduate School of Business.
In 1966 and 1967 John was in the US Army. He served in Viet Nam with the 87th Infantry.
He currently serves as a Trustee of Texas Wesleyan University and as Business- Executive-in-Residence for the TWU School of Business. In addition, John teaches Graduate and Undergraduate classes in International Business and Organizational Behavior at the University.
John serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Presbyterian Night Shelter of Tarrant County.
He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Ranger Aerospace of Fort Worth, Election Services Corporation with headquarters in Connecticut, and IDENT Technology in Arlington, Texas
He is an Executive Partner with Pearson’s Partners International in Dallas.
John has been married to Kathy for more than 44 years. They live in Fort Worth and have two daughters and three grandsons.
Dominic Curcio is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Guggenheim Capital, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guggenheim Partners, LLC. Guggenheim Partners is a private financial services firm focused on wealth management, investment management, middle-market corporate finance and structured financings. Mr. Curcio is a member of the management committee and board of directors of Guggenheim Capital.
Prior to founding Guggenheim Capital with his partners, Mr. Curcio held a number of structured finance positions with Merrill Lynch, NatWest Markets, Deutsche Bank and First Chicago. Mr. Curcio spent 10 years in London, assisting in the development of the European securitization market. Mr. Curcio holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Mr. Curcio also serves on the boards of Lightpoint Capital, Guggenheim Nicklaus Partners and Bluestep Bostadslan AB.
Glenn Sturm is a senior partner and one of the founders of the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. He practices in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, specializing in the representation of investment banks and electronic commerce and technology companies with a special emphasis on emerging growth companies. He serves as one of the five members of the firm's Executive Committee - the policy committee that oversees and implements the firm's strategic plans, policies, budgets, partner compensation and operations and formerly served as the Chairman of the firm's Corporate Group. He currently serves or has served on the board of numerous public and private companies. He has also been active in senior management, serving as CEO in a number of companies in which he was involved. Mr. Sturm served on the American Bar Association Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities.
